Sessions are conducted virtually (typically FaceTime) which allows for you to be in a comfortable environment of your choosing. They are very much conversation-based. I ask questions to understand your experience the best I can, and I try not to make it feel like an interview. Together we'll explore your thoughts and feelings about performance and give some insight to make adjustments to your thoughts and behavior as we go. I leave lots of room for feedback at any stage of consultation as your happiness and comfortability are my highest priority!
No. I am not trained or licensed to treat mental health. I specifically work on mental performance and would love the chance to explain the difference between the two. However, I am trained in how to detect underlying mental health issues and am a strong advocate for helping you find the best match in a therapist based on your needs.
No! All 1:1 sessions are virtual and usually done by FaceTime. I have many clients from all over and would love to work with you too!
The first thing I believe is that everyone is different and unique in their own way. I also believe there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to mental performance and change. In terms of seeing results: you can expect to see changes based on your sport, timeline, and commitment to change. I recommend a minimum of six 55-minute sessions or twelve 30 minute sessions as this is the minimum amount of sessions it can take to start seeing results.
Tuesdays: noon-8:00pm central time
Thursdays: noon-8:00pm central time
Fridays: 1:00pm-6:00pm central time

I process invoices and payments through QuickBooks. Invoice links are sent via email or text for the full amount* of the session (55-minutes: $175, 30-minutes $95). You can click the link in the email/text and pay online.

All of them. While I have experience working with many different sports, levels, ages, and recovery stages, I believe you're the expert on you and your sport, so I don't assume to know more than you. I have specific experience working with baseball, cheerleading, diving, golf, equestrian, football, soccer, swimming, tennis, track, and volleyball.

$80 per hour session. I recommend meeting weekly or after every 10 hours of direct client contact.
